How a run works

- 2 · Generate — Pipewise reads your input and generates the diagnosis, plan visuals and walkthrough video.
- 3 · Output — review the output on screen, then export the Project Brief PDF to take to your tradesperson.
Every output is an illustrative planning draft, not a repair instruction. One run uses one credit from your monthly plan allowance — credits reset each billing period and don't roll over.
Safety
If you smell gas, suspect a leak, hear a carbon monoxide alarm, or see a boiler smoking or behaving abnormally: stop, open windows, leave the property and call your local gas emergency line and a registered engineer. Do not rely on this tool in an emergency.
