Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pipewise is a pure digital subscription billed in USD. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your account emails. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. Quotas do not roll over.
Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately, unused monthly or yearly quota is not refundable after a period begins.
- If you are charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will investigate and put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- If a generated visual or video does not meet a reasonable standard, we will regenerate it first; regeneration is our standard remedy for output quality.
Statutory rights
By starting to use the digital service within any applicable cancellation window, you acknowledge you may lose a statutory right to cancel for a refund. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights available to you where you live.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@rwcplumbheat.shop — most issues are resolved quickly. Payment disputes are handled together with our payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email support@rwcplumbheat.shop with your account email and the reason. We aim to respond within one business day.
